Where is your restaurant located?

Sumi Robata Bar is located in Tempe. So far, we do not have any other branch aside from this. But rest assured that we are already planning to branch out soon. To keep updated on the latest happenings here, please visit us regularly. You can also sign up for our newsletter so you can get notifications from us.

Do you have any hotlines we can call?

You can contact us via email or live chat. Our email address is found on the Contact Us page. While for the live chat, you can simply click the chat box found at the upper left-hand corner of your screen. There, our customer service representative will assist you.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do. You can order by sending us an email or by choosing the products you wish to buy at our online counter here.

How do I pay for my take away order?

You can pay via PayPal or through other major credit card companies such as Master Card, Visa, and American Express. We are not any more accepting payments via BitCoin so please be advised. Another payment option is also upon delivery.

Do you have any delivery fee?

Yes, we do. It would depend on your location and would automatically be included in your final bill after you have input your address. This is why you should always put your address correctly.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by getting in touch with our representatives via live chat, or by sending us an email. You will receive a confirmation within 30 mins of your reservation. Failure to show 10 minutes after the allotted time for you would forfeit your reservation to other waitlisted customers.
